From our compassionate teams at each community to the supportive regional and Home Office staff, we all seek to consider everything we do from the perspective of how it impacts our residents. We promote continuing education for team members to enhance our understanding of all aspects of the aging process, so that we can truly be there for them.

In 2010, during our annual conference in a small coastal town in Oregon, our home office staff and administrators all gathered and discussed our values, as a company. From this incredible meeting of the minds, emerged our seven core values.
