Wood Ridge Assisted Living is currently seeking an inspirational leader who would like to join our team and help us live our mission of creating environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each and every day.
Successful candidate will demonstrate a collaborative style embracing the Wood Ridge mission and core values. Excellent customer services focus, decision-making, creative and innovative problem-solving, leadership abilities and presence, as well as stellar communication skills and executive maturity are keys to success in this role. Independent judgment and discretion are highly prized qualities as most duties performed are of a critical and confidential nature. Ability to produce high quality work, be flexible, prioritize staff, resident, and family demands, anticipate needs, be proactive, and take initiative is also crucial.
Duties include guiding, educating, and inspiring the health services team, coordinating and participating in resident assessments, overseeing the medication system, compliance of health services by demonstration of a working knowledge of rules and regulations for Assisted Living Facilities in the state of Indiana as well as the regulations of the nursing commission.
Qualified candidates will possess a current license (RN or
LPN), and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and
communication skills. Assisted Living experience preferred.
Senior Caregivers in Flower Mound
We here at Flower Mound Assisted Living currently have openings for caregivers/resident assistants to provide personal care to our senior residents. No certifications are required but we are looking for applicants who are professional, compassionate, hardworking, and can self start as well as work independently and efficiently.
Requirements:
-Must pass reference, drug, and criminal background check
-Have reliable transportation
-Provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
-Be a team player
-Be able to maintain consistent attendance
Duties (but not limited to):
Assisting with transfers to and from bed/wheelchair, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming assistance, ADLs, and light housekeeping.
