About Ridgeline Management Company
Our Mission: Creating environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each and every day.
The Story of our Mission: Our mission is the result of the work of our administrators during a retreat in 2004. Gathered for two days of brainstorming, the team worked tirelessly to define what it is we do and how we do it. At the end emerged our mission and a sentiment from an administrator we will never forget: "we are all different, but we all have the same heart."
Our Vision: Resident-directed living providing a transition to an expanded life.
The Story of our Values: In 2010, during our annual retreat in a small coastal town in Oregon, our home office staff and administrators all gathered and discussed our true core values. Again, from this incredible meeting of the minds, emerged our seven core values.
This mission, vision, and values are embraced by all members of the Ridgeline team. Each decision and every new hire is guided by this belief. It is who we are!
We create opportunities for lifelong learning, spiritual expression, community volunteerism, plus physical and mental fitness in a senior-directed environment. Each person is respected as an inherently valuable member of the human community and as a unique expression of life.
Tested and tried policies, procedures, and programs have been developed with a base of industry best practices and developed with an innovative spirit. Regulatory agencies in multiple states have reviewed our program materials and noted they exemplify the highest standards in all areas of operations. As a result, regulatory representatives have called upon Ridgeline to improve operations in troubled communities.
Our team recognizes and embraces the need for innovation and foresight into the future of assisted living. Ridgeline staff is knowledgeable in the current scientific research in senior care, Alzheimer's and other dementias leading to cutting-edge practices within our communities.
To evaluate these programs, technology is sensitively used to gather information and data, leading to better practices and procedures. Administrators and home office staff are provided with professional development training to seamlessly transform programming ideas into practice.
