Wood Ridge Assisted Living Community is a licensed residential care facility offering a supportive environment while maximizing independence. Our residents and staff help to make it a warm and friendly place and our surroundings are pleasant. The affordable monthly fees include a variety of amenities that support a lifestyle of dignity, comfort and security. Our Resident Health Team is on duty 24 hours per day and carefully monitor health concerns.

Since finances are so often a consideration, Wood Ridge is proud to be the only facility in Northern Indiana to accept both Medicaid waiver and RCAP offered by the State of Indiana. Apartments

Our Studio (private) apartments are a spacious 400 sq. ft. and include both a living room area (with 2 closets) and a bedroom area. This unit also includes a large private bath and kitchenette (with a sink, cupboards, several drawers, a small refrigerator and a microwave). Most of these also have a patio (1st floor) or balcony (2nd floor) that is perfect for bird watching or light gardening! Wall-to-wall carpeting is standard but we do have a few units with tile floors. Our housekeeping staff comes in once a week so keeping this unit tidy is a breeze.

Our 2-bedroom (private or semi-private) apartment is a luxurious 480 sq. ft. and includes a living room area w/closet and 2 bedrooms (both with their own large closet). This unit also includes a large bath and kitchenette (with a sink, cupboards, several drawers a small refrigerator and a microwave). Large enough for 2 adults, or the second bedroom can be used as a den or sewing room. Wall-to-wall carpeting is also standard here but tiled units are available. Plenty of room for family to visit or to have some friends in for cards!

You can choose the living option that best suits your needs. We have a chapel, library, restaurant-style dining, a large multi-purpose room with big screen TV, and several common areas for socializing with friends or visiting family.
