Garden Square of Greeley is a 32 unit Assisted Living & Memory Care Community. 16 apartments comprise the Assisted Living Neighborhood, and 16 apartments comprise the Memory Care Neighborhood, which is in a secured environment.

Private Suites

Jade Court and Quartz Court includes 16 private suites designed for those who enjoy the freedom of assisted living; freedom from the worries and dangers of solitary living, freedom from cooking and cleaning, freedom to come and go as one pleases in at atmosphere that is kind, gracious, and secure, knowing someone is always at hand if help is needed.

Our Memory Care Mission

Garden Square is dedicated to enhancing quality of life and preserving dignity while meeting health, social, spiritual and emotional needs of those with Alzheimer's and other age-related dementia. Our staff demonstrates leadership and creativity through our innovative person-centered programs. We collaborate with family members, health professionals and the community; supporting cutting-edge research to expedite the day when we may live in an Alzheimer's free world.

Person-centered Care

Despite the progressive nature of Alzheimer's and other dementias, a person's independence, ability to function, and quality of life may be improved through the person-centered care approach. The specialized programs, designed and implemented by the Life Enrichment Team, include creative care techniques, methods of intervention that significantly reduces problem behaviors, a special physical environment that promotes optimum functioning, and meaningful 'moments of joy'.

Garden Square has created a world where residents can succeed and achieve; where they are encouraged to function at their highest level, and where they may find a sense of belonging, companionship, and self esteem.

Memory Care Courts

Opal Court and Agate Court encompass 16 private suites within a secured environment, providing a cheerful, pleasant and safe place with a home-like atmosphere. All residents have open access to the secured outdoor courtyard and walking paths. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to enhance the comfort and safety of our residents. In this secure area your loved one will receive services that foster their interests, in an environment that minimizes confusion and agitation.
