Employment practices agreements are outlined and reviewed with careful attention given to any employee or resident issue that may arise. Material contracts are evaluated to ensure optimal terms and minimal risk to the community.

Counsel plays an integrated role in investor relationships.  After determining the legal structure for acquisitions and development projects, ample effort is given to coordination of individual investor's personal interests and needs.
