Jean Garboden has been the Chief Operational Officer for Ridgeline since 2004.  Ms. Garboden has over 20 years of prior operational experience as the Director of Business Services at two large tertiary hospitals.  Her expertise in operational process improvement, customer service, employee development, and budget management brings sound applicable knowledge to Ridgeline.

She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of retirement, assisted living, and memory care communities nationwide.  Mrs. Garboden is a licensed administrator in Oregon, a certified Eden Alternative™ Associate, and is Director of the Ridgeline Authorized Validation Organization, Pacific Coast Validation.
