Ridgeline believes giving and maintaining staff satisfaction greatly aids in maintaining resident satisfaction.  Each year, we utilize the assistance of an independent third-party to conduct employee satisfaction surveys; thereafter implementing a plan of correction for any areas deemed in need of improvement.  

We value open communication and respect between staff and management.  Annual satisfaction surveys are supplemented by an open-door policy upheld by each Administrator as well as Regional Directors.  These measures are taken in order to reduce staff turnover and thus, guaranteeing better services for our residents. 

Community staff are also given the opportunity to participate in company-wide benefit programs including medical, dental, and 401k options.  Ridgeline also boasts one of the highest employer-paid portion of benefits in the industry.  In this manner, we are able to recruit and retain higher quality and more experienced staff.
