Administrator of the Year and J.I.W. Award Winners for 2011
Beginning in 2007, Ridgeline has awarded the Administrator of the Year Award to one outstanding Administrator. This year, Kim Geron, Administrator of Flower Mound Assisted Living in Flower Mound, Texas, is the recipient! The criteria for this award is based on leadership, elder and family satisfaction, financial goals, occupancy goals, and demonstrated commitment to our mission: creating environments where moments of joy, independence, and wellness are the focus each and every day.
Congratulations, Kim, on a well-deserved achievement!
Joy, independence, and wellness are the foundations of our company. Our mission has been, for years, a guiding light in our daily operations. This year, we felt that Michael Duda, Administrator of Desert Gardens Assisted Living & Memory Care in Hobbs, New Mexico, is the personification of the J.I.W. spirit.
For those of you who have not visited Michael's community, let me paint this picture: imagine a community where the generosity and caring is so pervasive amongst the team and elders you never want to leave. Imagine a community where everyone speaks to one another respectfully and honors what each other contributes to the success of the community. Finallly, imagine a leader that always has time for people, while balancing the tasks and general responsibilities.
Michael Duda is an expert friend-maker. He cares about and for everyone. He is our J.I.W. Award recipient of 2011. Congratulations, Michael!
