Bayberry Commons opened in April of 2007. As a newer community, we are afforded the luxury of spacious and well-appointed apartments while still maintaining affordability. Bayberry Commons is conveniently located in the heart of Eugene and Springfield, with easy access to both Gateway shopping area and Hwy 126 and Interstate 5.

At Bayberry Commons, we believe in a sense of community. We come together to collect food for the Lane County Food Bank, clothes for Salvation Army or Goodwill, and work with students to record residents’ stories as part of our Oral History Project. We believe everyone has a story to tell, and ours includes you!
