What is Ridgeline Assisted Living

Assisted living services provided to residents include Health and Wellness services, Dining services, and Life Enrichment services. Each department is respected as a vital portion of the overall health and well-being of elderly residents.

Wellness Services

Wellness Services procedures have been developed through the combined experience of home office staff, administrators, nurses, and state regulatory agencies. We recognize each resident as an individual with unique needs and preferences. Therefore, it is our practice to conduct a resident assessment prior to move-in and at regular intervals thereafter in order to provide continual health monitoring throughout the resident's stay.

Dining Services

Dining services are designed with the needs and preferences of the individual resident, seasonal availability, and regional tastes. Ridgeline Management is afforded a preferential relationship with Sysco Foods through the Oregon Health Care Association. Sysco Foods provides nutritious menus and recipes which allow community staff to offer variety and choice for residents.

Life Enrichment Programs

Ridgeline's Life Enrichment programming is continually evolving to meet resident preferences and interests. Our dynamic Life enrichment programming features new adventures, exciting opportunities to learn, fun with friends, and a variety of social, recreational and wellness activities. Each day is an opportunity for residents to experience a wide variety of programs that encourage physical and mental activity and spiritual growth. With a daily schedule featuring a variety of activities, there's something for everyone. Residents can take part in our exercise program, participate in crafts or trivia contests, participate in social events, or sit back and take in an afternoon movie.
